Jeremy Freeman is running for the Republican nomination in Iowa House District 81. Here is some very brief information from him. We’ll be reconnecting with him after the legislative session for a Q&A.

Name: Jeremy Freeman

Party: Republican

Office: Iowa House District 46

Why I’m running: To continue to serve my state in another capacity, besides the National Guard, and to take on tough issues that are not currently being addressed in our state.

My top three priorities would be:

1). Property tax reform (truth in taxation law).

2). Ensuring that education curriculums are free of theory such as CRT and hypersexualized materials.

3). Requiring a supermajority to raise taxes.
