Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton called for prosecution over a vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit drag performance that happened in front of at least one child in Plano Texas. You can read about that drag performance here.

Paxton reportedly said it is the responsibility of district and county attorneys to prosecute the “inappropriate acts” that took place. He also called on the Texas legislature to add language to the code specifically addressing the issue.

“This is grotesque, disturbing behavior,” Paxton told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Under Texas law, local district and county attorneys are charged with taking up the mantle to protect Texas kids by prosecuting these types of totally inappropriate acts.”
