Republican Kim Klacik gained national notoriety through tough ads. She expanded that during an appearance on “The View” this week.

Klacik, who was asked overly biased questions for the most part, eventually got into a spat with Joy Behar. Behar brought up concerns over President Donald Trump’s handling of the Coronavirus.

Klacik then asked if it was Behar speaking.

“The same Joy that paraded around in blackface not too long ago?,” Klacik asked. “Come on Joy, I don’t think you should be asking those questions.”

Behar, the white TV host, then said it was OK because the black community had her back.

Klacik, the black candidate running for Congress, said the black community has her back.

Sunny Hostin, a co-host of the show, ridiculed Klacik’s claim that the black community has her back.

“The black community has your back? The black community has your back? The black community did not vote for you,” Hostin said. “The black community did not vote for you. What planet are you living on? What planet are you living on? Wow. Wow.”

Klacik was never given an opportunity to speak before Behar ended the interview.

“That was very immature, but thank you for having me,” Klacik said.

Here is the incident Klacik was referring to.
