11:30 a.m. – House File 108:

House File 108 was proposed by Rep. Wes Breckenridge. It’s an act relating to excuse from jury service for persons at least 72 years old.

A person who is at least 72 and notifies the court they are at least 72 and wish to be exempted from jury service will be automatically excused.
