A new Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey shows 66 percent of likely voters believe America is more divided than it was prior to the 2020 election.

Only 12 percent of likely voters believe America is more united since Biden’s election.

While Biden campaigned on the promise of uniting the country, 49 percent of voters said he has done a poor job of keeping the promise. Just 33 percent said Biden has done an excellent or a good job of keeping that promise.

Even though 60 percent of Democrats believe America is more divided than it was prior to Biden’s election, 59 percent of Democrats think Biden is doing an excellent or a good job of uniting the country.
