On behalf of more than five million members, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Ryan Howard for election to the 60th House District of Iowa.
“This endorsement is a reflection of Ryan’s support for the Second Amendment and commitment to protect Iowa’s right to self-defense,” said Scott Jones, NRA-ILA Iowa’s state director. Howard has received an “AQ” rating from the NRA-PVF. “This is the highest rating a non-incumbent can receive,” Jones continued.
Ryan Howard is the only candidate in this race who will fight to protect our constitutional rights. If elected, he will join other pro-gun leaders in the Iowa House in their commitment to protect this God-given Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
“I am honored to have the support of the NRA in this critical election,” said Howard. “Iowa must strengthen its protections of gun-ownership for law-abiding citizens. There is an increasing threat from the opposition in an effort to subvert our rights and to infringe upon the freedoms guaranteed by the Second Amendment.”
The NRA has encouraged all members, gun owners and sportsmen to vote for Ryan Howard in the election on November 3, 2020.
Ryan Howard was previously endorsed by Dan Trelka, Republican candidate for Black Hawk County Sheriff.
