Rasmussen Reports released a new national phone and online survey last week that shows 59 percent of American adults believe private-sector employees work harder than government workers. Just 13 percent disagree.
Joe Biden has promised a pay increase for federal employees. Fifty-nine percent said government workers have more job security than workers in the private sector. Just nine percent said government employees have less job security than private-sector workers.
For what it’s worth, 70 percent of government employees acknowledge they have greater job security than private-sector workers.
