An Arizona State Representative told The Epoch Times that the statehouse recently passed legislation that will keep them from complying with any federal gun control measures.
Rep. Leo Biasiucci said he is hopeful the Arizona Senate will pass the bill and the governor will sign it.
The Arizona House passed the bill 31-29 in a party-line vote.
Biasiucci said the state will not use money or resources to comply with any federal gun grab.
“If they ban AR-15 and they try to come in and start arresting people — not gonna happen in our state,” he said. “The courts won’t even mess with it, our law enforcement won’t mess around.”
