President Joe Biden has seen his approval numbers plummet. Today’s Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows that 41 percent of likely voters approve of his performance, but 58 percent disapprove.
In the latest numbers, 21 percent strongly approve, but an incredible 49 percent strongly disapprove, which creates the Presidential Approval Index rating of minus-28.
