Robert Reich is a profesor at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and was the United State Secretary of Labor from 1993-97 under President Bill Clinton. He was a member of President Barack Obama’s economic transition advisory board as well.
He is a hard-left Leftist who claims “an entire political party” is dedicated to restricting the right to vote and that it is a symptom of a political ideology that lacks any constructive ideas.
Nonetheless, as former Secretary of Labor, it is interesting to hear his thoughts on the wealthy. For instance…
“No one should be as rich as Elon Musk when millions of Americans still don’t have health care.”
“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but America has socialism for the rich and cold, hard capitalism for everyone else.”
