Iowans are encouraged to join Mark Cisneros, candidate for Iowa House District 91, on Monday, Sept. 29 for a “We Support Our Police” event. The event will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the Fruitland Community Center.

Cisneros brings 12 years of law enforcement experience to his candidacy and will host keynote speaker, Illinois State Rep. John Cabello. Rep. Cabello is a 20-year veteran of the Rockford, Illinois Police Department. He is also the GOP spokesman on the House Appropriations/Public Safety Committee. He is just the second Hispanic Republican elected to the Illinois legislature.

Muscatine County Sheriff C.J. Ryan is polishing off a distinguished 34-year career in law enforcement and will also serve as an honored speaker. Captain Quinn Riess, a police professional with 24 years of service under his belt, will be an honored speaker as well. Riess is the GOP nominee for Muscatine County Sheriff.

This event is free for all current and former law enforcement professionals. Others may make a suggested donation to Cisneros for Iowa for $25.
