A new Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey shows 52 percent of likely U.S. voters believe President Joe Biden should resign due to the way America conducted its Afghan withdrawal.

Thirty-nine percent disagree while nine percent are not sure.

If Biden were to resign or be impeached and convicted, Vice President Kamala Harris would become President. Most voters are skeptical she is ready for that job.

Just 38 percent of voters said Harris is qualified to be president, which includes 25 percent who said she is very qualified. An overwhelming 58 percent said she is unqualified, which includes 47 percent who say she is not at all qualified.

To nobody’s surprise, 75 percent of Republicans believe Biden should resign. Forty-eight percent of unaffiliated voters agree. Nearly one-third (32 percent) of Democrats agree as well.
