In perhaps one more final twist of 2020, Democrat state representative Dave Jacoby uncorked his own conspiracy theory on Twitter earlier this week.

Jacoby asked why Sen. Chuck Grassley would “rush” to get the COVID-19 vaccine before others if he really had COVID.

“I’ll tell you why,” Jacoby tweeted. “Just like Trump19, HE NEVER HAD IT!!!!”

We’re not really sure what either President Trump or Sen. Grassley would gain from claiming to have COVID-19 when they did not.

Nor are we confident that President Trump would want to interrupt his campaign for a handful of days in an effort to trick people into believing he had COVID-19.

We’re interested to hear what benefit Rep. Jacoby believes either man gained from claiming to have COVID-19 when neither did.
