Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-09), issued the following statement in response to Mr. Biden’s incoherent request for nearly $100 billion supplemental funding package for Israel and Ukraine:

“This situation in Israel is not the same as Ukraine and requests for funding must be debated and voted on separately.  It is a mistake to couple Israel funding with Ukraine funding.  I will vote for necessary funding to assist Israel in its time of need but if it is combined with billions more for Ukraine, I will vote no.  I have voted against every dime spent supporting the proxy war in Ukraine and I will not start now just because it is wrapped in an Israeli flag.

In exchange for $20 million in bribe money from Ukraine, Joe Biden has dished out over $100 billion in taxpayer money to fund the war in Ukraine.  I will not assist this corruption by sending more money to the authoritarian Ukrainian regime,” stated Congressman Gosar.
