House Study Bill 534 was sponsored by the Judiciary Committee Chairman, Rep. Steve Holt.

The bill simply provides that minimum entrance requirements to approved law enforcement training schools shall include any officer be a citizen of the United States.

The bill is in the House Judiciary Committee. Representatives Lindsay James and Phil Thompson are assigned to the subcommittee along with Holt.
