Your voices were heard across the country! Two national organizations recently wrote about Iowa’s property tax transparency bill and recognized what was accomplished through ITR.

Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) posted, “This transparency will allow for greater input from those who will be affected most by changes.” They went on to state ITR “played a key role in advocating for property tax relief.”

The National Taxpayers Union (NTU) wrote, “While public officials deserve credit for moving this legislation into law, the momentum never would have begun — or been sustained — without the efforts of state powerhouse organization Iowans for Tax Relief (ITR), a longtime ally of NTU.”

As the voice of the taxpayer, this recognition is for all of our members. Well done!
