The appointment of David Weiss, U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware as Special Council by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is, without question, contrary to the Rule of Law. https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/28/600.3 This usurpation of our laws must not be tolerated and the ongoing corruption by the DOJ must end! The Republican majority in the House must immediately file Articles of Impeachment against U.S. AG Merrick Garland and President Joe Biden. Those refusing to do so, should resign as a member of the House of Representatives. Coverups of “high crimes and misdemeanors”, if not outright treason in some instances, must be brought to an end. The very essence of our judicial system has been totally jeopardized.
Repeated disregard for the Rule of Law is the one thing the American people should not, and must not, ignore. The possibility of Kamala Harris becoming president has brought any efforts by the Republican Party to hold any of these criminals accountable for their actions to a virtual standstill. Absolute fear has taken over the party. Very, very sad! When they first took office, every one of them swore an Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, and to defend it against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. To a very large degree, they have broken their oath of office and no longer represent their constituents. Initial great expectations have slowly transformed into disappointments, one after another.
Who are those in Congress who have either, (1) been paid off and sold their soul to the devil, or (2) been blackmailed in some fashion that prevents them from doing what’s right for the people of America? In my opinion, those are the only 2 plausible reasons why our representatives have done nothing to uphold the law, and I see no possible change in direction unless American citizens take a concerted stand and emphatically speak out in opposition to what is taking place. Every member of Congress must be held accountable for their actions, or lack thereof.
In order to make them see the light and feel the heat, we need to hold their feet to the fire. The one thing they all fear is the possibility of losing their seat at the table of the public dole. Your vote DOES count, so make your voice heard at the ballot box in 2024 and take away the feeding trough being administered by an overreaching federal government. It is our DUTY, as American citizens, to thwart any and all efforts of this plan to destroy our country from within.
