The Cerro Gordo County Democrats and North Iowa Dems are planning a community rally to show support for employers forcing their employees to receive an injection that has not received FDA approval. COVID vaccines are only authorized for emergency use.

MercyOne employees are being forced to receive the vaccine, receive a medical or religious exemption or lose their job.

The North Iowa Dems announced they would hold a rally to show these employees who are being forced to receive the injection that they support them.

The event is scheduled for Aug. 16 at 5:30 p.m. Those who attend are asked to wear a mask — outside.

“The anti-vaxxers have had their say, let’s show our healthcare workers we have their backs, just like they have ours,” the post said.

OUR THOUGHTS:

Interesting, because to our knowledge Democrats have fought for “my body, my choice” for decades when it comes to killing unborn babies. Yet now Democrats are demanding people have an experimental drug injected into their bodies regardless of their personal medical choices.

Yet one more example of Democrats lacking any standards if they did not have double standards.
