Democrats continue to search for ways to gain support in rural America, the south and the midwest. But it’s going to be difficult to do if they can’t keep their leader of this generation — Barack Obama — to quit running down people of actual, genuine Christian faith.
When I say people of actual, genuine Christian faith — it’s because those people aren’t willing to overlook the slaughter of 60 million unborn babies in hopes of being “lenient” to lawbreakers. Those people who believe that God created man and woman for the reasons He said He did and refuse to accept the world’s embrace of perversion.
But Obama cannot help himself.
Remember way back in 2008 when video surfaced of Obama saying:
“So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter and they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them as a way to explain their frustrations.”
Fast forward 12 years and the narcissist of the century has returned. When discussing the increased support President Donald J. Trump received from some Hispanic voters, Obama said:
“People were surprised about a lot of Hispanic folks who voted for Trump, but there are a lot of evangelical Hispanics who, the fact that Trump says racist things about Mexicans, or puts detainees — undocumented workers in cages, they think that’s less important than the fact that he supports their views on gay marriage or abortion.”
Now, do not confuse this with me accepting the premise of Obama’s thought…but it shouldn’t be news to him that people aren’t willing to compromise the two basic building blocks of society — life and marriage.
And for the actual Christians, there is no society without either of those two issues. So yes, many of them will overlook other faults if it means not voting for a guy who believes unborn babies should be murdered.
Policy should matter more than personality. Facts should dictate votes instead of feelings.
President Trump made it through the majority of his life as a celebrity and was never considered a racist until he ran for President.
Samuel Rodriguez, head of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference and Obama fan, said that Obama is apparently angry because Hispanic Americans have minds of their own.
“Bigotry is still bigotry even if it comes from President Obama,” Rodriguez said.
As for the cages, President Trump’s question of Joe Biden at the debate could just as easily be asked of Obama — who built the cages?
There is certainly no shortage of liberal Democrats infiltrating the church in America. That much is clear.
They’re doing so for many reasons — one of which is likely the fact that Democrats simply do not understand or comprehend what matters most to Christians.
Since they can’t change the party — and maybe those “progressive Christians” don’t really think the party needs to change — they are attempting to change the Church.
Good luck with that, progressive Christians. Galatians 6:7 offers a fair warning for those trying to pollute the Church and its teachings. Someone should offer it as advice to Obama.
“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”
The Left and Obama despise Christian voters because they despise Christianity. They despise Christianity because they despise God.
