On Friday, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02), along with Congressman Andy Biggs (AZ-05), and Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15), sent a letter to Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas demanding that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) immediately rescind a woke gender-affirming rule and work to close the borders or resign immediately.

A month ago, an internal CBP document revealed agents were directed to ask illegal aliens for their “preferred pronouns” during encounters at the borders.

“We are facing an invasion at our southern border, and the Biden Administration is more concerned with adhering to the feelings of transgender illegals,” said Rep. Rosendale. “It’s high time Sec. Mayorkas was held accountable for allowing terrorists to enter our nation and for the 100,000 Americans dying annually from fentanyl!”
