This morning, Senator Ernst congratulated the 185th Iowa Air National Guard Refueling Wing for being awarded the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award for their efforts during 2019.
In July, Senator Ernst hosted an Instagram Live conversation with Colonel Stephanie Samenus, the Vice Wing Commander of the unit, to discuss her experience in the Guard and their ongoing efforts to help Iowa’s communities during COVID-19.
