U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) today slammed an overreaching proposal by the Biden Administration that would allow the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to access data on Iowans’ bank accounts. Ernst noted that Democrats should instead be focused on tackling the rampant inflation and rising energy costs that are hitting everyday Americans’ pocketbooks.
