U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) has launched a new resources page on her website for Iowans who have been impacted by this week’s derecho. Ernst is also is encouraging Iowans to reach out to her office for assistance with federal agencies as she continues to hear from local officials and communities across the state as they work to rebuild.

“The derecho that swept across our state has taken lives, upended farms, and devastated our communities,” said Senator Ernst. “After witnessing firsthand the aftermath of the violent storms, meeting with local leaders, and hearing directly from Iowans, I’m continuing to work with state and local officials to help Iowans in need. This new webpage is just one more way my staff and I can help connect Iowans with the resources they need during these challenging times.”
