As I travel the country to support election audits in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina and Ohio, the Arizona Audit has news you have to hear!

I’m Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers. I am an Arizona State Senator fighting nationwide for election integrity! Please help me continue to fight for election audits!

First, the bad news: COVID has struck our auditors, and the report will be delayed for their team to recover. We pray for their speedy recovery and thank them for their hard work!

Second, Arizona’s Attorney General put the hammer down on the rogue Maricopa County Board of Supervisors this week!

Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.

“We are notifying the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that it must fully comply with the Senate’s subpoena as required by the law,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Our courts have spoken. The rule of law must be followed.”

Today’s decision stems from a “SB 1487” complaint filed by Senator Sonny Borrelli under A.R.S. § 41-194.01, which authorizes any legislator to request the Attorney General investigate a county or city alleged to be in violation of state law. On July 26, 2021, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and Senator Warren Petersen (Senators) issued a subpoena to MCBOS related to the Senate’s audit of the 2020 election. The Senators requested six categories of items for production by August 2, 2021, including routers and network logs.

This had to happen. For them to stand in the way of the audit, conducted under legal legislative subpoenas, is unacceptable!

We are continuing to push for this audit as fast as possible!

Third, I stopped in North Carolina for the biggest Rally in the state for someone not named Donald Trump!

I want to thank Sandy Smith for her stalwart support of election integrity, including audits. Together, we will “True the Vote” in NC!

We are almost there. We are holding the politicians accountable and the audit report is almost here.

We have come far. But we have far yet to go.

The evidence has shown us that we need to push for audits everywhere. Now that everyone sees what an idiot Biden is, does anyone really believe he could have won without cheating?

We cannot fail. The installation of Biden is one of the darkest points of American history. Will you help me spread election integrity around the country?

America wins when elections are fair. Help us finish this process!

Biden and his goons in the Federal government and the media are fighting us hard. Join our fight and help us stop the fraud!

Thank you so much.

America First,

Sen. Wendy Rogers
