Convention of States Action, in partnership with The Trafalgar Group—one of America’s most accurate pollsters—is releasing the results of a new national survey. Results were from surveys conducted May 9th through May 12th of over 1,000 likely general election voters.
“Pastors and faith leaders should take note of the results of this poll,” said Mark Meckler, President of the Convention of States. “Everyday people of faith hold to the belief that their faith should inform and be a guiding light to their culture, not the reverse. Adjusting the principles of your faith to fit the culture does not make you a good Christian, it makes you a charlatan who ultimately stands for nothing and stands by while evil consumes our culture.”

KEY INSIGHT: 2/3 of Faith Voters Believe Christians Should Not Adjust Beliefs to Fit the Culture, but Hold Firm in Their Traditional Beliefs:
- 66.7% of Faith voters believe Christians should hold to their traditional beliefs.
- 18.6% of Faith Voters believe Christians should adjust their traditional beliefs to fit into modern America.
- 14.7% say they do not know.
KEY INSIGHT: A Slim Majority of Voters Say They Believe Christians Should Hold Firm to Their Traditional Beliefs:
- 51.8% of voters believe Christians should hold to their traditional beliefs.
- 30.3% of voters believe Christians should adjust their beliefs to conform to modern culture.
- 18.0% of voters say they do not know.
