Have you been denied medical care, faced discrimination, invasion of privacy, or lost your job over your COVID vaccination and masking status?

*IF you lose your job or are asked to give reasoning for not masking/testing/vaccinating do not respond without contacting an attorney first. Doing so can harm your future litigation case if necessary.

With the passing of the “vaccine passport” bill this past legislative session, Iowans have been left in a state of uncertainty. It’s hard to know what we can do when we feel our freedoms have been violated. Who can we turn to for help or what’s an appropriate and effective next step of action?!

Iowans now can utilize a new reporting website! This website has been designed to streamline the reporting of freedom violations in one, easy-to-use place!

The Iowa vaccine passport bill (HF889) was signed into law on May 20th, 2021.

The bill sets the stage for legal discrimination in our state by allowing private businesses and medical facilities to utilize vaccine passports.

Iowans were promised the issue of discrimination, privacy infringements, denial of care, and terminations would be addressed if they occurred. That can only happen if violations get reported.

When you complete the reporting form it automatically gets forwarded to Representatives Steven Holt, Senator Jake Chapman, and the Governor’s legislative liaison Logan Shine.

Please contact us with any further questions, additionally if you don’t hear back from a legislator within 7 business days please inform us of the delay through the contact form as well.

Visit www.iafreedomviolations.com to file your report.

Upon submission, it will be automatically directed to the appropriate legislators and governor’s office. You can also browse legal resources and get instant access to legal notices for employers.

Up until now we didn’t have a way to funnel the necessary information to the appropriate individuals so they can be equipped to do something about these violations, but now we do!

It’s essential for all Iowans to know about this system so when they are in the thick of it and being confronted with stressful situations they can take action and feel supported. We know violations are already happening. Please pass this along quickly and urgently to your family, friends and co-workers to help get the word out!
