We want to give voice to Iowans struggling to have their freedoms respected and Iowa law followed. There is a large Iowa employer in the Des Moines area that seems to be creating headaches for employees filing a medical exemption to the COVID vaccine.

We are told this employer is asking for employees to fill out a specific form, obtain a doctor’s signature and then its HR department will make a decision.

This is against state law.

Iowa law simply states anyone who submits an exemption stating they believe the vaccine would be injurious to their health and/or the health of someone who lives with them must be approved for their exemption.

We will keep you updated on this abuse of Iowa law.
