Fox News reported Friday that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is allowing illegal immigrants to use their arrest warrants as an alternate form of ID to board airplanes.
A TSA spokesperson told Fox News that non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who don’t otherwise have acceptable forms of ID can indeed use ICE Form I-200.
Congressman Lance Gooden launched an investigation after his office received a packet that is provided to migrants from a whistleblower in November.
Gooden, for his part, called the use of arrest warrants as ID “totally crazy.” He added a criminal alien shouldn’t be boarding a plane after presenting a warrant — they should be detained and brought before a judge.
