Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has received plenty of nationwide support the last few days.
Greene said 13,000 “America First Patriots” sent a message to the “radical Democrat mob” in the last 48 hours by donating to defender her seat in Congress.
“The people have my back,” Greene said. “And I will always have yours.”
Greene raised $175,000 on Wednesday. She raised $150,000 on Tuesday from more than 10,000 donors.
“They are attacking me because I’m one of you,” she said. “We will not back down. We will never give up!”
It should also be noted which members of Congress are defending Greene and which ones — especially which Republicans — are proving again to be turncoats in 2021.
“The Democrats’ moves to strip Congresswoman Greene of her committee assignments for thoughts and opinions she shared as a private citizen before coming to the House is unprecedented and unconstitutional,” said Rep. Andy Biggs. “These steps are a dangerous slope for our nation.”
It’s a simple idea…Greene should not be punished for things she said prior to winning her seat.
She will answer to the voters of her congressional district in Georgia. If her constituents believe her words to be unacceptable, they’ll vote accordingly.
If not, they’ll vote accordingly.
Can the Democrats not get enough Dominion Voting Machines in her congressional district in two years?
Why are so many Americans deciding to stand with Greene? Because of tweets like this, which she sent to Rep. Ilhan Omar:
“You provided aid and comfort to enemies of the American people that rioted violently in your state by sharing MFF bail bond links. And, by the way, marrying your brother is ILLEGAL in Minnesota.”
And this one isn’t bad either:
“No matter what (Kevin McCarthy) does, it would never be enough for the hate America Democrats.”
That was said in reference to reports McCarthy would try to “broker a deal” with Democrat Steny Hoyer in regard to Greene’s committee assignments.
What endeared so many Americans to President Donald J. Trump? His willingness to stand up and fight back.
That is a rare quality in Republican politicians.
But Greene is showing to be one of the strongest Republican members of Congress in recent history.
