Democrat State Rep. Art Staed retweeted an anti-Second Amendment activist on Saturday. The post from Michelle Chappell said it is a myth that people don’t need to worry about their kids getting hold of a gun if they don’t own one because children and teens have access to guns in some homes other than their own.

“This Thanksgiving, AAA expects nearly 55 million Americans will travel,” the tweet said. “If you’re bringing a child or teen to a home that may have a gun, ask how guns are stored. It could save a life.”
