Maryland’s Republican Gov. Larry Hogan has been one of the worst GOP governors through the CCP Virus outbreak in America. Hogan, you might remember, said the unvaccinated were “threatening the freedoms of the rest of us” in the summer.
Hogan ordered state health care workers who work in congregate settings to be vaccinated. He said he wants private nursing homes to mandate the COVID injection as well.
He noted that he “didn’t care what misinformation or conspiracy theories you have heard. The plain and simple fact is that these vaccines are working.”
He said the unvaccinated were threatening freedoms for everyone, such as “not to wear a mask, to keep your businesses open and get our kids back in school.”
But, there was this headline from the news on Monday:
“Maryland Gov. Hogan tests positive for COVID, despite being boosted”
“Larry Hogan tests positive for COVID-19 breakthrough case”
Hogan issued a statement:
“Just now, I received a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, following the positive rapid test this morning. I am experiencing some cold-like symptoms, and will continue to quarantine and work from home throughout the week. With the Omicron variant becoming increasingly dominant, I want to again urge Marylanders who haven’t yet to go out and get your booster shot as soon as possible.”
