Monday marked Holocaust Remembrance Day. And it was the first thing mentioned on Monday’s edition of LMTV HS News as put together by Linn-Mar High School students.

But not every victim of the Holocaust was “remembered” or highlighted. Linn-Mar HS News chose to focus on just one group of victims — homosexuals.

The segment was done by the “Spectrum” club. The “report” focused on how the Holocaust affected homosexuals.

The video clip started by telling students that gay men, lesbians and trans people were persecuted by the Nazis. You can watch it below:
