Former Vice President Mike Pence announced on Saturday he is suspending his campaign for the Republican nomination for President. Pence made the announcement at the Republican Jewish Coalition event in Las Vegas.
“After much prayer and deliberation, I have decided to suspend my campaign for president effective today,” Pence said. “We always knew this would be an uphill battle, but I have no regrets.”
Pence struggled to gain traction in the GOP race.
