Donald Trump Jr. told attendees at AmericaFest 2023 to stay energized entering 2024 despite how good the landscape looks for conservatives. And he reminded them of how bad the last three years have been.
In 2020, we were told “decency” was on the ballot. But Trump Jr. said it was more Democrat projection than it was actual truth.
“Then I saw the White House Christmas video and I’m saying, ‘Man, it reminds me of the Princess Bride – you keep saying this word but I don’t think you know what it means,’” he said. “Decency was on the ballot. I saw the White House video. I don’t know what the hell it was – trans activists, White House Christmas video. Interesting as it relates to decency.”
Trump said he thought that was the worst the Democrats would do this week, but then there was the next day.
“When senate staffers are filming gay pornos in a Senate hearing room,” Trump said. “Decency, right? The adults are back in charge. But they can do this because they realize there’s no one actually there as a countermeasure to this insanity. That wasn’t just a young guy being a young guy, that’s a power play, right? We’re going to turn off all the videos in here and we’re going to do this and we’re going to share it because we’re beyond reproach. If you think the radicals are the leaders in Congress, the Nancy Pelosis, no, no, no, it’s these 20-somethings that have never been told no.”
Trump proclaimed decency is indeed on the ballot in 2024 once more, but last time we got “degeneracy.”
Trump Jr. poked at Hunter Biden for him talking about decency and complaining that Republicans asked him to come in for a deposition discussing “one of the thousands of instances of him selling out our country” while enriching his own family.
By contrast, Trump Jr. said he spent 50 hours providing congressional testimony. He cautioned that a public hearing is not transparent because details cannot be explored.
“What would’ve happened to me if I blew off one of the five different congressional testimonies,” Trump Jr. asked. “I go in there. You know why? Because I’m a man. You go in there and you take it like a man and if you didn’t actually do anything wrong, you don’t have anything to worry about. But Hunter’s not a man, he’s a 50-year-old baby.”
Hunter should resist talking about decency, Trump Jr. said, considering the contents of his laptop.
He took on the presidents of Ivy League schools who struggled to condemn hate at a hearing on hate speech centered on the Israel and Hamas conflict. Harvard’s president, he said, has published 11 academic papers and five were plagiarized.
“Just under 50 percent of her academic career has been plagiarized,” he said. “That doesn’t matter. You can have a response to rape and genocide of women and girls in the streets of Israel – let’s call (the response) incredibly lackluster at best.”
Trump Jr. said it is all possible because the house of cards that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is built on crumbles when there’s “actual accountability for the BS that is DEI.” Trump Jr. said Penn has produced graduates such as President Donald Trump, Elon Musk and Trump Jr.
“Now they’re creating trans swimmers,” he said. “Lia Thomas. Think of the decline in academia when you go from that to leading the charge of making sure that men are allowed to compete in women’s sports. That’s a downgrade folks. I’m not gonna lie. That’s a pretty serious downgrade.”
People, though, are waking up to the reality that is the Joe Biden presidency. And they’re understanding the hypocrisy of the Left. If Trump Jr. were hiring for a business today, he said he’d rather hire someone who worked hard and graduated from a state school rather than a “drama queen” from Penn or Harvard.
“They’re going to be in HR in two minutes complaining about some sort of grievance,” he said. “It’s not worth it.”
Americans are realizing their life was better when Trump was President. And, Trump Jr. asked:
“If you were trying to destroy America from within, would you do anything differently than today’s Democrat Party?”
It isn’t Joe Biden’s fault, though, as he has no idea where he is, Trump Jr. said. He is an “imbecile at best.”
“But he’s been good for the Radical Left,” Trump Jr. said. “It’s not the Democrat Party anymore because it is clear these are communists, they are Marxists, they don’t pretend anymore. They are saying these things out loud on a daily basis.”
Now they’re pushing for wars and globalism. They want individuals to own nothing and be happy. The average person will not be able to buy a home now, Trump Jr. said. That means they’ll rent and Black Rock will make sure they are permanent renters. AI will displace 90 percent of workers in America within a matter of years.
“They need you to be fat, weak, stupid and unhealthy because if you are they can control you,” he said. “Isn’t it so obvious?”
It’s important people are unafraid and willing to fight, he said. He said nobody understands better than him and his family, other than the January 6thers.
“But they’re trying to do that to my father,” he said. “He tried to lead the first unarmed insurrection in the history of insurrections. I understand he is an innovative guy, but that’s probably not the way that you innovate. But again, it’s all BS.”
A couple of years later, now Americans see why the FBI and other feds wanted to hide the Jan. 6 videos. Now they see the FBI and feds in the “fedsurrection” pushing people down the stairs who were otherwise calm. The FBI Director said the video couldn’t be released because it would give up too many of the FBI’s undercover assets.
“Oh, so they were in the crowd,” Trump Jr. said.
The next question should be why they didn’t do anything to stop it.
“It’s almost as though, and I know we’re getting way out here in the conspiracy theory, it’s almost as though they wanted it to happen and then cover up the evidence and use it to manipulate because of course that’s what they’re doing,” Trump Jr. said.
There is an opportunity to do something about the insanity in 2024, Trump Jr. said. But it is important not to underestimate whatever it is the Left will come up with.
“They’ve shown how evil they are,” he said.
While they claim Trump will be a dictator, he isn’t the one trying to jail his political opposition. He didn’t weaponize the DOJ or the FBI or the CIA. He is not on record trying to censor his opponents. He didn’t use Big Tech to censor.
He asked how many people in the room have been censored by social media. More than half of the hands shot up.
“Strange,” he said. “You never hear that on the other side.”
Meanwhile, that side claims a 3-year-old should be allowed to talk to their purple-haired teacher and chop off their body parts without involving a parent, Trump Jr. said.
“And if you think that’s wrong, you’re a terrible human being,” he said. “They’re trying to crush the family. They’re trying to crush that structure despite the fact that the actual science shows that those things literally lead to the most productive, smartest people across the board. But they want to shut it down because it’s not about creating the best, but it’s about controlling them., it’s about creating a population they can control forever. That’s why we have to get involved.”
Trump Jr. closed by telling the crowd the sad fact is they want war because there is no money in peace.
“You always have to follow the money,” he said. “Stay involved the way you are. As people go out there and experience America under Joe Biden and the radical Democrats, they are looking for an out. But they need you guys to be a part of it. We can win and we can save our country. Get out there and do it.”
