Voters have questions and want a congressional investigation to receive answers according to a recent Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey.

Sixty-six percent of likely voters believe it is likely COVID originated in a Chinese lab. This includes 49 percent who said it is very likely. Just 20 percent said they do not think it is likely the virus originated in a Chinese lab.

Sixty-six percent of voters also said Congress should conduct an investigation. Just 26 percent disagree.

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s favorability has dropped significantly. While 45 percent of voters still view him favorably, 51 percent view him unfavorably. In December, 44 percent had an unfavorable view of Fauci.

While Fauci’s favorability is relatively partisan among Democrats and Republicans, 60 percent of unaffiliated voters view him unfavorably while just 36 percent have a favorable opinion of him.
