An Ankeney Centennial High School Social Studies teacher called David Richard provides pretty much what you would expect from a government school teacher on social media. Richard pushes a hard-Left, anti-Republican agenda.

Many of his posts are ironic, considering on Sept. 12, 2020 Richard was Mr. Unity.

“19 years ago today we were united as a country in pain and disbelief,” he said in reference to the 9-11 terror attacks carried out by Islamic terrorists. “Everyone was committed to preserve and we did. Let’s act like it’s September 12th every day — love for each other can conquer anything.”

Well, how is he doing with that call to unity? Not well.

Especially if you’re someone who wants medical freedom.

Here Richard called Congressman Thomas Massie a “FuQing idiot” for a family photo with each member holding a firearm.

He was really displeased with the Ankeny School Board elections in November, saying the community is “not the community” he moved to 21 years ago.

It certainly wasn’t his Sept. 12 spirit of unity showing through when he retweeted a criticism of Gov. Kim Reynolds and Iowa Republicans for “forcing educators to violate their professional ethics.”

Interesting to see a social studies teacher proclaim that supporters of President Donald J. Trump will be responsible for the destruction of the Republican Party.

Still searching for that call to Unity from Sept. 12, 2020? Still couldn’t find it just four months later…

You really would have to wonder what a Trump-supporting student or parent would think Richard thinks of them with posts like this.

What kind of government school social studies teacher would Richard be if he didn’t have at least a retweet on white privilege?

And, of course, a defense of Critical Race Theory.
