In a strange Facebook comment, Democrat State Rep. Dave Jacoby said that Republican Dan Gehlbach, who is the GOP nominee in House District 46, sounds like a “whiny orange baby raper.”

The Iowa Starting Line, a liberal online news website, shared Gehlbach’s speech from the nominating convention during which Gehlbach discussed the indoctrination taking place in Iowa schools.

Jacoby said that Gehlbach, who serves on the Waukee School Board, “doesn’t trust the school he was elected to lead.”

“Sounds like a whiny orange baby raper,” Jacoby said.

  1. Mr. Gehlbach sounds to me more like a concerned father and citizen volunteering his time and talent trying to clean up a moral mess that’s misusing our hard-earned tax $. THANK YOU, SIR!!
