Inspired Life to hold a one-day event on Jan. 6 at Soteria in West Des Moines, to inspire Iowans to start their own Christian Schools and DREAM BIG about their children’s education.

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting event that will ignite inspiration and pave the way for positive change in Iowa’s educational landscape,” said Walt Rogers, Policy and Outreach Director for Inspired Life.

Inspired Life, a non-profit ministry located outside Cedar Falls, Iowa, and established in late 2020 focuses on inspiring lives and helping Iowans navigate educational freedom. The event is designed to allow participants to gain insights into the current state of education in Iowa and understand the opportunities for positive transformation.

“This event was developed to connect like-minded individuals with resources to support their journey in starting Christian schools in the state,” Rogers said.

The one-day event will delve into the essence of establishing NEW Christian schools with guidance on defining a meaningful mission, vision, and core values. Topics also include actionable steps to turn their inspiration into reality.

During the 2023 legislative session, the legislature responded to parents’ concern by creating Educational Savings Accounts for all children in our state,” Rogers said.  “This has created an opportunity for communities around the state to create schools truly tailored to education, not indoctrination”.

Inspired Life’s mission is to inspire lives, help shape future generations, and DREAM BIG about the absolute best possible education setting for your children.

“There will be challenges, and Inspired Life is ready to walk alongside each new school in their journey,” Rogers said. “We know there are strongholds in the education system in our state. Most people who send their children to public schools are not aware of the overall struggle for parents’ rights and educational freedom; they simply want to educate their kids in the best way possible”.

Inspired Life has prioritized educational enhancements and partnerships because we know strong political influences are controlling our educational system. With events like the one on January 6th, the Inspired Life team is creating outreach efforts to change that trajectory towards freedom-empowering policy organizations in the state.

“Parents in the last few years have awakened and really want to get back to the simplicity of an understanding of what’s best for our kids, without political agendas creeping into every facet of our children’s education,” Rogers added, “The opportunity is now, and it starts with you.”

DREAM BIG about your children’s education and join Inspired Life on Jan. 6.
