Democrat Stacey Abrams, who is seeking to be Georgia’s next governor, told MSNBC last week that “having children is why (people) are worried about (their) price for gas” as well as how much food costs.
The pro-abortion candidate made the comments when she was asked a question about alleviating concerns of voters when it comes to the cost of gas, food, bread, milk and things like that.
Here was her answer:
.@staceyabrams says abortion can help address inflation issues: "Having children is why you’re worried about your price for gas, it’s why you’re concerned about how much food costs. For women, this is not a reductive issue." pic.twitter.com/BNHJWqKRpa

“You can’t divorce being forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy from the economic realities of having a child,” Abrams said. “It’s important for us to have both and conversations.”
