So, a simple question… If an athlete ends up taking a performance-enhancing substance regardless of them wanting to or even knowing that it was happening (such as a coach sneaking it to them); then that athlete becomes aware of the fact they had been taking that substance and knows their performance has been enhanced in a manner different than those of their competitors, is that cheating?

If it is, then gender is not relevant, is it? If a biological female did it, what would happen?
