Perry Johnson declared himself an “ultra-conservative” on Friday at the Republican Party of Iowa’s Lincoln Dinner, but also admitted he is centrally focused on the economy.

Johnson, who is pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, anti-Woke and anti-China, declared that it is “ridiculous” America is sending $113 billion to Ukraine when we’re going broke here.

“Right now, we are not only going broke, we are broke because we are $32 trillion in debt,” Johnson said. “That is $610 a month for each family just in the interest.”

Johnson said America is the greatest country the world has ever known and he intends to keep it that way.

If he is elected, he said he will immediately implement his two-cent plan, which would cut two cents from every dollar in discretionary spending.

“I’m tired of the government always talking about how they’re spending money instead of talking about how they should be cutting taxes,” he said. “I think it’s nuts.”

He said a minor will never again have transition therapy and he will shut down the Department of Education.

“Only about, literally, eight cents of every dollar is going to grades K-12 and that is unacceptable,” he said. “I say we just ship that money over to the kids, parents and let them spend it the way they want. That is by the way $68 billion.”

Johnson said he would get rid of 87,000 IRS agents. And, he said, he will shut down the FBI. He said he is tired of the justice system that is “one-sided.”

“We know that Biden said he didn’t talk to any of Hunter Biden’s clients, yet we find out it’s over 200 and 200 to me seems more than one,” Johnson said. “So, I am recommending that we start impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden.”

Johnson also said there should be an immediate pardon of Donald J. Trump.

His father was a World War II pilot and his mom was a nurse in the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps. They met at a New Year’s Eve party.

“That was the best day of my life,” he joked. “They loved this country more than life itself. And that’s how I feel too.”

Johnson said in order for America to survive, we must look out for the future of our kids.

“I do not believe that we should be talking about cutting social security,” he said. “I say we start cutting expenses. Wouldn’t you rather have the money yourself? Come on. This is nutty.”

He announced he would have a concert on Aug. 12 featuring Big & Rich in Des Moines for all of his donors — even if they only donate $1, or 50 cents.
