This came across my newsfeed as I was watching the race results for Governor of Virginia, which is now a red state largely because of issues parents have with the way their children are educated. I almost didn’t share it because it’s truly vile to listen to, but especially if you have school-age children, please listen for a few minutes.
I guess I have always thought of states like Iowa as the moral backbone of American, with huge expanses of farmland, agriculture, small-town lifestyles. A place where kids learn in 4-H how to manage farms, and become active in FFA. Where they learn strong family values so they can contribute to society in positive ways (like where the food for American dinner tables comes from.). If a place like Iowa has such filth in their public school libraries, filth that promotes pedophilia and child sex trafficking and underage pornography – if such filth has invaded the very heartland of America, what does that say about us as a country, a society, a culture? If ‘wokeism’ costs us the innocence of our children…we need to stop these kinds of abominations perpetrated on our children.
Do you know what books are in your children’s libraries?
