President Joe Biden is experiencing “a bit of a return of a loose cough,” according to Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Physician to the President.
Biden remains fever-free, however, and “in good spirits,” according to O’Connor.
On Saturday Biden tested positive for what O’Connor called “rebound COVID.” He tested positive once again on Tuesday morning.
