A new Rasmussen Reports national phone and online survey shows 41 percent of likely voters believe it is more likely President Donald J. Trump will be elected president while 38 percent believe it is more likely Trump will be sentenced to federal prison.

Sixty percent of Democrats believe it is more likely Trump is sentenced to federal prison. That is something 14 percent of Republicans and 38 percent of unaffiliated voters agree on.

But 69 percent of Republicans and 20 percent of Democrats believe it is more likely Trump returns to the White House. Thirty-six percent of unaffiliated voters agree.

Fifty-four percent of likely voters said they believe President Joe Biden has committed crimes as bad or worse than those Trump has been charged with. That includes 52 percent of unaffiliated voters.
