Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene was fired up Sunday afternoon when she addressed the crowd at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest 2023. MTG said she scrolled through X before coming onto the stage and something really ticked her off.
Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham told Meet the Press on Sunday he hasn’t seen any smoking gun that would warrant the impeachment of President Joe Biden. MTG said Republicans in the House have been investigating the Biden family and it is “absolutely provably true that they are the most corrupt criminals to ever serve and hold office in Washington D.C. Joe Biden is a crook.”
MTG said the committee doing the work has produced checks written to Joe Biden, thousands of pages of bank reports as well as bank statements where money is traced from China, Ukraine, Romania as well as African countries and Middle Eastern countries that were transferred into dozens of LLCs belonging to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s brother. That money is then paid out in checks to Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, James Biden, Sarah Biden and grandkids.
“Now, let me ask you, can you go to the store and buy a Biden product,” MTG asked. “No. Can you hire the Biden family to come to your house and provide a service for you? No, you cannot.”
The American people deserve to know the truth. And that is why MTG wrote a book where she details January 6 – which she said was a setup and a “fedsurrection.”
“I fill these pages with lots of information for you to know,” she said.
She refers to Washington D.C. as the District of Communism because “that’s what it is,” she added.
“The District of Communism serves itself. It exists to serve itself,” she said. “Most of the people who live in Washington D.C. work for the federal government and the rest work for major companies that survive off the federal government with federal contracts.”
This leads to elected representatives forgetting about the people they serve back home and instead focusing on DC fundraisers.
“Sen. Graham needs to stop serving the Ukrainian people and remember the people right here at home,” she said. “They seem to forget that there are 50 states in the United States of America. They think Ukraine is the 51st state.”
MTG criticized the continued funding for Ukraine despite the fact the American border is wide open.
“That’s how America Last Washington D.C. is,” she said. “And I am so sick and tired of the America Last establishment in Washington D.C.”
Those elected people in D.C. are making “horrible decisions” that cause Americans to go broke, MTG said. And now people are being put in jail over speech.
“You are the American people. You have the power in this country,” she said. “I’m a member of Congress. I don’t have the power, you have the power – but you’re not using it. You have to use it. You have to remind the government that, guess what, it works for you.
“This is how we will save the country. Next year, throughout 2024, get comfortable being uncomfortable. Tell your friends, neighbors, coworkers, your aunt who disagrees with you. Your sister, mom, whoever. Talk to them and tell them we are going to save this country by defeating the communist Democrats. We have to elect Donald J. Trump.”
