Alina Habba, President Donald J. Trump’s attorney, predicted history would be made in 2024 as young Americans will reject the Left more than ever.
Habba said what she is seeing in the courtroom against President Trump is “political lawfare.”
“And it’s got to stop,” she said. “We are going to lose our country, our Constitution and everything that the founding fathers created and wanted for our country if we don’t wake up, show up and speak up. And that’s the truth.”
When she first became a lawyer, she believed the judicial system in America was fair.
“I thought judges weren’t corrupt. I thought they didn’t care about politics when they put on their black robe,” she said. “That is not the reality of this country right now. And it is because of the Radical Left and because they cannot beat us. So what they’re doing is interfering with an election.”
The first case she took on with Trump as a plaintiff was “the proudest day of her life,” she said. That day, she filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. She said she filed the papers and took on the Justice Department, took on the Russia Hoax, the fake FISA warrants and filed a “perfect” complaint.
“That got assigned to a Clinton-appointed judge,” she said. “What do you think happened? Nobody has heard of the case, right? That’s because it’s gone. I never met the judge. I never walked into the courtroom. There were probably 50 lawyers representing all of the Radical Left. In one month it got dismissed and me and President Trump got sanctioned $1 million for going against Crooked Hillary. You didn’t know that did you? Fake news, folks. Fake news. They won’t report it. But guess what, we paid that million and we’re going to keep on fighting.”
New York Attorney General Letitia James ran for office on the promise of taking down the Trump family and Trump businesses, Habba said.
“Well, I’ve got a message for Miss James, she can bring her witch hunts, but I am the witch hunt slayer,” Habba said.
With the ballot box no longer being a place where the Left can find a path to victory, they now have to use lawfare to destroy the justice system. People in the courtroom are actively campaigning against Trump yet making decisions about his company, Habba said.
“That is what we’re up against,” she said. “But thank God President Trump is resilient.”
When Trump found out Mar-a-Lago was being raided, Habba said he acted as if it was just another Tuesday.
“That is why he is who he is,” she said. “He is not afraid. And the more they come after him, the more we get up and we come after them.”
Trump will continue to fight against the charges and against the Left, she vowed. And despite the “tyrannical, evil regimes,” the light will outshine the darkness.
“(Trump) brings light even in the darkest of times,” she said. “And he brings hope to all of us when we think it is lost. Most importantly, he brings results.”
If you look at everything the Democrats attack Trump on they have actually done themselves. It starts with the boxes hoax. Habba said a President can use the Presidential Records Act to take documents, declassify them and move them.
“You know who can’t,” she asked. “Joe Biden. Because he wasn’t President when he took his boxes to six different locations. But that is what they do.”
Politicians are so busy trying to attack Trump, that they are failing to look out for their citizens, Habba said.
“(California and New York) are a disaster because they’re too busy looking at Trump to care about the people they’re supposed to care about,” she said. “This all goes beyond just partisan politics.
“They’re trying to scare us into surrendering our dignity, losing our will to stand strong, sacrificing our beliefs and destroying the Constitution. But I’m here to tell you that is never going to happen. This movement is too strong. We are too resilient and too ready to save America.”
