The national teachers’ union tweeted on Saturday that educators “know better than anyone” what students need to learn and thrive. It follows a pattern from the organization of minimizing the importance of parents while elevating educators above parents.

That tweet obviously did not play well for conservatives.

Corey DeAngelis, a national leader on the school choice front, created a poll on Twitter asking who knows best — parents or teachers. As of 2:30 p.m. Monday, 96.7 percent have said parents. There have been 18,560 votes.
