It is interesting to see the lengthy list of advocacy groups that oppose protecting women’s sports in Iowa. It is quite disturbing.

The education sector in Iowa lined up against efforts to protect women’s sports. Entities such as:

Des Moines Public Schools
Iowa State Education Association
Urban Education Network of Iowa
Rural School Advocates of Iowa
Iowa Association of School Boards
School Administrators of Iowa

These are the groups representing educators across the state. Educators who are supposed to look out for the best interest of Iowa students. Educators who are literally tasked with educating about things like, oh, I don’t know, basic biology.

And they are in opposition.

Meanwhile, not enough Iowa House Republicans see the need to provide parents with true school choice and Education Savings Accounts.

Why on earth are people allowing the people represented by these organizations who can’t even get basic biology right continue to educate their children?
