Dr. Ghazaleh Moayedi, an abortion provider, showed just how given over she is to a dark mind with what she said about abortion — the intentional taking of an innocent, unborn human life.

“Abortion is a blessing, abortion is an act of love, abortion is freedom,” she said. “We need federal protection now. We need laws that elevate science and evidence and recognize the dignity and autonomy of people accessing care.”

Right before that, she said she knows firsthand that “abortion saves lives.”

On her Twitter, Moayedia said she trained for 10 years to provide abortion care. A post pinned from May 20 says she is smiling ear to ear knowing her dream is coming true.

Moayedi was testifying before a House Oversight Committee hearing on abortion restrictions. She said the new pro-life law in Texas has made it “extremely dangerous to be pregnant in Texas.”
