Iowa families have flocked to apply for Education Savings Accounts on Wednesday. The application process opened at 8 a.m. this morning. As of this afternoon, more than 5,000 families have applied for the Students First Scholarships.
“Iowa changed the face of education, funding students instead of systems. Giving parents the power to determine the best education for their children wasn’t just a slogan, it was a promise. Today, I’m proud to say we delivered,” said Gov. Reynolds.
